We had a really lovely stay here. It's perfect if you're after somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The peace is only broken by the odd fighter jet flying overhead, which added a bit of excitement! We were a group of five - two adults and three kids aged 15, 11and 8. The location totally blew us away, especially the view of Loch Tummel. Every day, the scenery seemed to change and surprise us. Being about 15 minutes outside Pitlochry makes it a great spot for exploring the area, whether you want to head north to Aviemore or down south to Edinburgh. We'd definitely come back!

The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked with everything we needed. Only little hiccup was the new gate in the garden; it has a pretty big gap underneath, so we couldn't let our dog roam freely outside, which was a bit of a bummer since our cavalier loves to explore. Still, overall a fantastic place to unwind!
