If you want a holiday away from everything this is for you. It's location is stunning if you like solitude, wildlife and midgies! The accommodation has all the mod cons and the bed is very comfortable. The decor and art work is eclectic and homely in keeping with the cottages style. For teenagers attached to the Internet this isn't the place for them. They had to survive on my wife's hot spot for wi-fi. Blairgowie is the closest town 30 min drive away so stock up with provisions. Watch out for the hidden extras charged at the end of your time. Electric, wood and bicycle hire on £5 per day. We paid an additional £20 for the week on Electricity. The hot tub should be on 38oC, owner tells you not to adjust and call him if it does... if you have a dog watch out for ticks as there are lots of deer!

We had an amazing holiday at Delvanie Mill. It's in an amazing place if you want peace and quiet, love wildlife and walks. Loved relaxing in the hot tub in the evening.
