Grange of Berryhill is a simply amazing holiday destination and the owner could not be more welcoming. The pictures cannot do full justice to this spacious property with wonderful amenities and great views towards the Tay estuary. Managing to feel luxurious but homely at the same time, the house was superbly appointed with everything you need to have really relaxing stay. We had two school age children in the party and they were occupied all the time enjoying the tennis court, football and a very relaxing hot tub. It was also great that there are two reception rooms so that the boys could have their own sitting room with television whilst the adults relaxed in the "formal" lounge. All-in-all a perfect venue for either family holidays or larger group celebrations. Highly recommended.

We have just returned from one week at berryhill grange. What a fantastic place to celebrate my 60th birthday with my children and grandchildren. The view, the house, the grounds were absolutely amazing, not to mention the hot tub. I would definitely recommend this accommodation and would not hesitate to book it again.
