The Hay Loft is a three-bedroom luxury cottage set within the beautifully restored B-Listed stable block of Panbride Estate in Carnoustie, Angus. Part of a working estate with six acres of enclosed gardens, this is a spacious and stylish retreat with real character. The stone archway leads directly to the Angus coastline.

East Haven and West Haven beaches are a short walk away. Carnoustie town centre offers independent shops, seaside cafés and a promenade. The Angus countryside surrounds you with walking trails, castle tours and nature reserves. Coastal walks start from the doorstep.

Three bedrooms sleep up to six guests. Bedroom 1 is a first-floor master suite with a seating area and roll-top bath under a skylight. Bedroom 2 has a super kingsize 6ft bed. Bedroom 3 is on the ground floor with step-free ensuite access. All bedrooms have Smart TVs and super-king beds.
