The Gardener's Cottage is a three-bedroom stable block conversion set within the grounds of Panbride House, a B-listed country estate on the Angus Coast near Carnoustie. Part of the Panbride Retreats collection, it sits within a secluded courtyard that catches the afternoon and evening sun and has access to six acres of enclosed grounds shared across the estate.
East Haven and West Haven beaches are within walking distance both have sandy shores, rock pools and shallow waters. Carnoustie town is a short walk or bike ride away with shops, pubs and cafés on your doorstep.
The cottage sleeps six across three bedrooms. Bedroom one has a zip-and-link super kingsize bed (configurable as two singles). Bedroom two has a kingsize.

Carnoustie Championship Golf Course is under a mile away. Barry Mill (National Trust for Scotland) is 4 miles. Arbroath Abbey is 8 miles. Dundee's V&A Museum is 14 miles. On-site you get a bookable hot tub, shared tennis court and gym.

A bookable hot tub is available daily from 10:00 to 22:00 for private use. Perfect for unwinding after a day on the coast.
East Haven and West Haven sandy beaches are both within walking distance. Rock pools and shallow waters make them great for all ages.
The living room has a woodburning stove and initial fuel is included. Patio doors open directly onto the secluded courtyard.
Up to two dogs are welcome at no extra charge. The six-acre enclosed grounds give them plenty of space to run freely.

To reach The Gardener's Cottage by car, head towards Carnoustie on the Angus Coast and follow signs for Panbride House. On-site parking for two cars is available and there is an electric vehicle charging point on the estate.
Carnoustie railway station is the nearest station, sitting on the Dundee to Arbroath line with regular services. From the station it is a short taxi ride or a walkable distance to the property.
