The Groom's Bothy is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat set within a restored Grade B-listed Stable Block at Panbride House on the Carnoustie Coast in Angus, Scotland. Recently rebuilt to the highest standard, it sleeps six and sits within over six acres of fully enclosed grounds.
Carnoustie is within walking distance. West Haven and East Haven beaches are a short walk away. East Haven is one of Scotland's oldest fishing villages. The property sits on the National Cycle Route and offers easy access to Dundee, St Andrews and Aberdeen.
The mezzanine master bedroom features a superking bed, jacuzzi bath and stained glass detail. Bedroom two has a zip-and-link kingsize bed convertible to two singles. Both bedrooms have Freeview TVs.

Carnoustie railway station is the nearest station and sits on the main Aberdeen to Edinburgh line, making it well connected. From the station it is a short taxi or walk to Panbride House.
