Great position to base for a holiday in the area and a lovely view over Loch Tay during our visit which was blessed with good weather. Some attention to update a few areas e.g. bathroom and a more accurate description of how to find the property would have helped e.g. enter the gate named Boreland Farm. Still property was well laid out and suited us offering a relaxing and fulfilling stay.

Beautiful setting, good situation for touring around the local and further areas. lovely cottage, everything anyone could want in the kitchen. Very clean and tidy but my daughter did find a small patch of mould behind the bathroom mirror! Which I did clean. Didnt like to see herself in a big mirror and a bit confusing to where the main bin as its down the bottom of the driveway where there was a few bins. Minor issues really, we would definitely book again if coming back to Scotland.

Beautiful location, great spot for Munro baggers, garden was perfect for us with our dog. The adjacent wedding venue was a bit of a surprise, however the bands dj's must have had a cut off as they always stopped at the same time, once we knew that, we could plan our sleep around it. Hot tub was brilliant, especially after a day on the hills. Local shops are lovely with great products.

Beech cottage has all the facilities for a lovely holiday. It's a 15min walk from the cabin to loch Tay across fields but you can park in the Boreland private beech area if you wish. Some ignorant people have discarded rubbish at the beech area so be mindful of glass especially with dogs. We spent a lovely day with a picnic, kayaking and sitting by the fire and took home our rubbish and more! Beautiful area to explore with lots of walks and waterfalls in the area. After having a long day exploring it was lovely to come back to a hot tub to relax.

Fantastic stay, the property was spotless and tastefully decorated and maintained. The garden was perfect with the dog, especially given it was fully enclosed so we didn't have to watch him out there 247. The views are incredible. If I could only provide a tiny bit of feedback, it would be to have recycling bins at the house, if only to help manage and separate recycling before taking it to the bottom of the road at the end of our stay.
A perfect home from home. Comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. Attention to detail was superb. Lovely welcome basket, well equipped kitchen, lots of supplies tea towels, bin bags, cling film, kitchen roll, handsoap refills, logs, kindling, matches, fire lighters, board games, tea, coffee pods, salt and pepper, I could seriously go on! Hot tub was fab, loads fluffy towels and bath robes, even plastic glasses. So much information given on the property and surrounding area. We were so impressed. These guys understand what people are looking for, the little details are so easy to do but make a huge difference. Well done, we loved it.
Beech cottage was as described, beautiful, clean, comfy beds and bedding, fluffy white towels and robes. Hot tub and the views were amazing. We enjoyed the walk down to the beach and walks into the wood. We would love to return.
A really nice property with great views over Loch Tay, access was easy and the cottage felt welcoming on entry. Slight problem with the access path up to the property as the scree pathway is not good for your car tyres. The cottage itself was clean and had all the facilities needed with plenty of fresh towels and kitchen equipment, but maybe take an engineer with you to work out the hob and oven hehe!!! Technology is not for us, but after much trial and error we got there !! Events at the farm next door were at a minimum, but noise levels were kept down and did not cause an issue. We would certainly go back to this cottage and would recommend it to anyone looking for that area. It's only 4 miles to Kenmore and 9 miles to Aberfeldy for restaurants, supermarkets etc. so a good location whilst peaceful and quiet to sit and enjoy the scenery.
We had a really lovely stay at Beech cottage. The owners have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. We loved the garden and hot tub. The views are amazing. I would suggest making people aware of the function space next door as there were events on most evenings that could disrupt your stay if you wanted peace and quiet.

The cottage was great and the location was fantastic. Bedrooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. The lack of some basic things such as tea towel, washing cloth, kitchen roll we found strange as regular users of holiday cottages they are always provided. I would also like to recommend a hand rail could be fitted at front door to assist anyone with mobility issues. Overall an excellent week and would recommend this cottage for a lovely relaxing stay.
Lovely property in fantastic surroundings. They have thought if everything including games to play in the evening, washing machine and amazing hot tub. You also have 2 residents next to property both with dogs who are lovely There are a couple of not so great things about the place in that if you cant walk very far without transport you are quite isolated. The walk to the private beach is quite long and going down ok but coming back is quite exhausting. Also within the grounds is a wedding venue and the guests also can stay overnight. This can be quite noisy especially as hot tub is just the other side of guest accommodation. However with windows shut there is no noise but this could be an issue if the windows needed to be open! I will say though that our stay was in the whole a positive experience even with two weddings being held and a barn dance at the venue

We enjoyed our time in this wonderful cottage. It is well equipped and was clean. The view over Loch Tay is as it is shown on the website. We had a great time and would like to come back some time.
The property was in wonderful condition and there was nothing missing. The location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. It is clear that a great deal of thought has gone into creating a pleasant and accommodating holiday home, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Despite arriving on the weekend of some of the worst floods in living memory, the cottage was unaffected and there was plenty to keep one occupied.
Lovely little cottage with fantastic views of Loch Tay. Clean, comfortable and well stocked with essentials, the welcome basket was a nice touch! A great base for walking and general sightseeing or just to recharge your batteries.
