Fernbank House Reviews

Sophie
We had such a lovely stay at Fernbank house for my sisters birthday. The house is brilliant, so well set up for a large group. Every detail has been thought of 3 fridges, 2 dishwashers, plenty of glasses and crockery for everyone. Theres lots of space and areas for people to chill and the beds are super comfy! We met the owner and he was really helpful about the area and the house. The communication prior to our stay was great and we felt very well prepared for our stay. The only negatives of the house are there was one shower head that wasnt clean and a bit mouldy, the water pressure isnt great in all the showers but the owner let us know its something they are working on. Id also add a doormat in the games room to protect the cream carpet. Those are the only downfalls of the house, it really is an amazing property! Would recommend anyone to stay there, you wont be disappointed.

We were all so excited to be meeting up again and Fernbank House didnt disappoint, its a maze of a house , amazing rooms , a few wee queries but dealt with immediately, communication between us and owners was outstanding every time, Pool Table was very popular, perfect location for exploring, was perfect for our family get together, 3 generations altogether, and lots off space and rooms although we mostly congregated in the kitchen lol,
Ronald
Great stay, location fab communication good and helpful. Over all very good but there were some issues.Top floor no hanging space and mirrors, cookers difficult to operate no serving spoons. Choice of pillows would help and only 1 per person not enough Would be very happy to stay again. Thanks for everything Regards Ronnie and June.

Staying in Fernbank House was a wonderful long weekend for my family and friends. It not only gave us a chance to spend quality time together in the comfort of the two lounges but also gave rise to a lot of hillarity when we organised a pool tournament. Some of us really enjoyed the hot tub, especially after a brisk walk through the Birks of Aberfeldy, while others took a short stroll to the pub. The kitchen had everything necessary and more. All the bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable . There were two rooms that did not have ensuite facitities but the younger members of the group did not mind nipping downstairs to a shared bathroom. All in all I would definitely recommend Fernbank House.

I really like the stay, overall stay is really good, my kids also love the home.
Jennifer
Our family holiday was great. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Hot tub was a hit along with the pool table. Having a house big enough to accommodate us all made our family time very special allowing us all to eat together and have lots of fun!
This is a great house and we'd certainly come back. The house decor and furnishings are fresh and in good condition. Beds are comfortable too. Aberfeldy is a great base too. Few small niggles one oven wasn't working and one of the electric showers. Really didn't cause any major impact.
Elisabeth
