The property was beautiful, modern and clean. The kitchen in particular was very nice and I really enjoyed cooking in there. The hot tub was definitely a hit after a long day out exploring. Having two bathrooms was great as my little boy loved having his own toilet.

Brilliant say. Super clean and a great base. Rooms were super spacious and the showers were amazing. Our only criticism is that the hot tub could do with a little tlc speaker only worked on one side and lack of bubbles plus the chlorine smell was incredibly strong and stayed on our skin for days after multiple showers. Apart from that it was a great stay and I would 100 come back if Im ever up in the highlands again!
Excellent accommodation, 2nd visit was as good as the first. There was just a couple of small things. There was some sweet wrappers in both living room and small bedroom and a balloon in living room. The only suggestion I would make is possible someone to maintain the hot tub throughout the week. By Thursday the water had gone white and was smelling but no instructions on how to maintain the hot tub meant it became unusable the last couple of days.

Really enjoyed our stay beautiful property. Ideally situated to tour around the Highlands. Fort William is lovely went on 2 hour cruise which was great Oban is also lovely next time will go to mull . After travelling the hot tub was great only thing you need to bring your own towels we had to buy some bath sheets.The bath towels at property are small.

Fantastic place to stay with all the facilities you need for a family week away and a base to all the sights the hot tub was especially enjoyed after a day hiking for waterfalls only 20 minutes into Fort William for shopping and seeing Ben glen nevis and the surrounding waterfalls about 12 hour 45 mins to glenfinnan viaduct to watch the steam train go over about an hour up to Loch Ness overall a great week spent with very comfortable facilities in the property and best of all a great layout with no stairs for a week thank you

We have loved our stay. The house is amazing and far beyond our expectations. We travelled with our 16 year old grandson, who is autistic and he made the most of the hot tub. The property is spacious, very clean and all necessities have been accounted for. We were even greeted with a treat of wine and chocolates, very welcome after our 6 hour journey. This is the very best accommodation we have stayed in.
A spacious house with a high quality finish in an excellent location for great hill walking. The house also has ample parking. The luxury of a hot tub was just what we needed for tired legs after long days on the hills!

We had a lovely stay at Emsa house. The house had everything you needed and felt really homely! The hot tub was amazing and the beds were really comfy! Great location to explore the west highlands! Would highly recommend!
An absolute amazing holiday away, the property was very good. One of the best places we have stayed. Definitely worth it and will for sure be back again in the future. Great location and local facilities weren't too far away either.
I can agree with previous reviews on the location of the property which is well covered and deserved. But found it sadly lacking that both bathroom taps which had been complained about on three previous reviews, had to be complained about again and replaced. this left my wife using the utility room as an ensuite for over a day. At this price not good. I also agree that a stand alone microwave would be good as a simple much needed essential, as reviewed previously A basic starter pack again mentioned in previous review, could replace the wine Maltesers.

Lovely property we thoroughly enjoyed our stay particularly overlooking Ben Nevis from the 6 seat Hot Tub. A few maintenance issues need addressing Ensuite Bathroom Toilet seat loose, Shower Door doesn't shut properly and the sink tap is difficult to control due to stiffness. Main Bedroom Bedside Lamp not working. Main Bathroom again stiff sink tap. Don't be put off this is an excellent roomy property to stay at in a quiet village with fantastic views.
We had a very comfortable stay at Emsa House. The size of the property and parking was great. A couple of suggestions for the owners the bathroom taps were very stiff to turn on and off, meaning that the water pressure was either off or on at full pressure. it would have been useful to have more crockery, so we didnt have to washput the dishwasher on all the time. Fantastic rental property and we would definitely recommend it to others.
Absolutely loved our 2 weeks at this very comfortable, wellequipped cottage. One minor problem sorted by the owner within hours, so thanks for that, the hot tub was lovely, a nice soak with a glass of wine was just what was needed after a days sightseeing. So much to see and do in this beautiful region, recommend the Loch Linnhe Boat Trip and the Steam Train book early for this. The fish and chips from the Bridge Hotel are also brilliant. Well worth the long journey from Hampshire and we are already planning to come back. Val & Christine, Southampton

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Emsa House, with the property surpassing our expectations in every way. The house is fully equipped with first class equipment and furnishings utilised throughout. Great location for exploring the mountains and close to Fort William for any supplies that may be required.

Perhaps lacking basic essentials such as cleaning products bin liners dish cloths and scourers. No loo brushes. Not many matches kindling and logs for the burner. Good base for exploring the Highlands but must be realistic about the setting as in new build on a small housing estate

Every thing was fantastic but you should also put microwave in there. oven was there but it was tooo complicated so kindly put a normal microwave to reduce complexity level

We have just returned from a week at Emsa House. The listing and photographs do not do the property justice. It is beautifully modern, clean and homely. The perfect location for exploring the highlands. After magical days out, it was time to return to the open fire and. Hot tub. Mornings would welcome you with a view of the mountains. Spean Bridge is a lovely peaceful village too. The local Spar is great for forgotten items and their cake selection. Fort William is less than a 15 minute drive away and has a wide range of shops for you to be able to stock up for your stay. We will be back.

Lovely house, good location with nice views. Everything you could need. Hot tub was great and was in a private, secluded area. Perhaps provide more in the way of cleaning products in the kitchen but otherwise perfect.
