You’ll also be less than 1 mile from the River Esk, known for its fantastic opportunities for trout and salmon fishing. After a day of adventure, relax by the roaring wood burner or sip a sundowner on the raised patio. The bright and inviting, single-storey home boasts large windows, framing magnificent views of the dramatic, mountainous landscape. The neutral decor creates a calm and relaxed ambience, and thoughtful touches, such as artwork on the walls, help create a home-away-from-home vibe. The property is located approximately 100 metres from another holiday home. From the side of the property, a couple of steps lead to a small entrance hall. From here, move directly into the spacious, open-plan living area. To the rear of the room is a pastel-coloured kitchen area, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. Prepare home-cooked dinners here, which you can share at the stylish dining table. The inviting lounge area enjoys dual-aspect windows and has a gorgeous, plump sofa positioned in front of a Smart TV and a cosy wood burner. Both bedrooms have been tastefully decorated, with calming tones and sumptuous linens. A contemporary shower room rounds off the accommodation. Outside, soak up your breathtaking surroundings from the raised patio, where you’ll find furniture for al fresco dining and a fire pit to gather around as you chat long into the night. Parking is available for two cars on the shared driveway.
